- Expand the use of advanced analytics and supportive technologies to deliver case pre-processing and streamline other business and reporting processes. To support this objective, the service provider must perform the following tasks:
- Support the use of graph databases to solve a range of problems (e.g., use knowledge of graph database languages to query a graph database and answer statistical questions that require understanding familial relationships as defined in immigration law).
- Support USCIS efforts to improve adjudicative and administrative processes to refine decision support and expand automation.
- Support methods for automatically revealing insights to support data-driven decision making (e.g., incorporating model results with business intelligence products to help viewers discover pattern and direction of production). The contractor shall have knowledge of machine learning, algorithm generation and implementation, and support USCIS business in defining requirements to support machine learning efforts.
- Maintain existing, and solve new and ad hoc efforts in data science, AI/ML modeling, and graph database use.
